Urban Jam Team Building

Get your team down to street level with this gritty, earthy, urban event. With seamless ease we’ll take your team out of their comfort zones, teach them new skills and see each other in a completely new light.

Urban Jam is a great activity for setting a level playing field, with everyone starting from the same point we’ll teach them skills that will both surprise and delight them. While the individual is learning, the strength of the group is encouraged and effortlessly a culture of support and team work is created as we teach your team street dancing and turn them into musicians and rapping artists. This is a high impact event full of noise, movement and excitement.

Ideally splitting your team into groups, each group will rotate around our Urban Jam experience. They’ll be taught routines and performances that are realistically possible for them to master but effective enough to boost the each persons self confidence and the bond of the team. If you don’t have breakout rooms then this is no problem, we can host the event for everyone in the same area.

Team Building Music Workshop

The Urban Jam finale comes with team performances, teams psych themselves up for the Urban Jam challenge that see’s the teams show what they have learnt and we have a performance of their hypnotic junk music and listen to the sound of their urban rapping whilst other group members show their new street moves on top.

This is an incredibly motivational event, it’s unusual and inspiring, you’ll see your team leave on a total high after having a tremendous shared experience.
