Team building to encourage time management

I had a telephone call a couple of months ago, it was from a supplier and they were sorry that they were two hours late in calling me and the reason was that they were on a time management course. I chuckled at the irony of this remark but it just illustrates the importance of good time management.

It’s often the case that someone who is labelled as being a bad time manager is swamped down by work, they find it either hard to say no, prioritising or have difficulty in letting go and delegating.
