When it comes to team sports, you live and die by your performances as a whole. No one person makes a team, and if you fail to bond as a unit then it is very unlikely that you will obtain any success in your chosen field of sport. One team that is in desperate need of team building expertise at the moment is the former champions of the SPL, Celtic.

Not for quite some time has Celtic trailed their local Glasgow rivals, Rangers by such a margin. The gap currently sits at 10-points, whilst Rangers also have 2 games in hand on the fierce opposition. The final straw for Celtic fans came in a 4-0 drumming at the hands of St Mirren, who managed to record their first ever win over Celtic in the Scottish Premier League.
It is clear that the new Celtic boss will have a large job on his hands. Ideally he will need to bond the team back together through a number of team building exercises allowing them to archiving their best on the pitch. At the moment they look like a fractured and splinter group of individuals who have lost belief in their own and their team-mates abilities. The good news for Celtic fans is that a new manager often brings a fresh approach and a clean slate.
We can always achieve more as a team than we can as individuals and although sometimes it is important to work alone, if we don’t understand how to work as a team then it will take us a lot longer to achieve our goals.
